. La-méthode-impose-aussi-de-choisir-un-composé-marqueur, le choix aurait pu se porter sur un composé organique cationique, ces derniers étant très affins pour les micelles polyanioniques. Néanmoins, une adsorption du marqueur sur la paroi du capillaire est alors à redouter, celle-ci étant très gênante pour un étalonnage précis de la hauteur du palier de marqueur libre. Nous avons donc choisi d'utiliser un marqueur neutre d'hydrophobie intermédiaire, à savoir l'éthylparahydroxybenzoate de méthyle ou éthylparabène (EP) En effet, la molécule est moyennement hydrophobe (log P = 2, ]) et reste suffisamment soluble dans l'eau à 25°C (environ 5 mM [24]) pour permettre sa détection sensible. La figure 18 montre les électrophérogrammes obtenus lors de l'injection de l'EP à concentration constante en mélange avec des concentrations variables de SDS, p.11
