Abstract
The theory of the agency offered a detailed analysis of the conditions under which the incentives succeed in reconciling the divergent interests of the main thingPrincipal agent and the agent. The essays presented in this thesis estimate the empirical relevance of these results in front of the intervention of a third party in three situations-types: the behavior of corruption, the choices of practice of the specialists and the demand of moonlighting
La théorie de l'agence a offert une analyse approfondie des conditions sous lesquelles les incitations parviennent à réconcilier les intérêts divergents du principal et de l'agent. Les essais présentés dans cette thèse évaluent la pertinence empirique de ces résultats face à l'intervention d'une tierce partie dans trois situations-types : le comportement de corruption, les choix de pratique des médecins spécialistes et la demande de travail au noir
