Caractérisation de toxines peptidiques par spectrométrie de masse à haute résolution.

Abstract : AMONG THE DIFFERENT SOURCES NATURAL BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS, REPRESENT THE VENOM, BY THE GREAT VARIETY OF THEIR COMPONENTS, A TARGET OF CHOICE FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH. THEY CONTAIN TOXINS ARE VARIOUS AND UNDERSTAND THEIR ACTIONS IN THE PURPOSE OF SIMILAR INTEREST Summarizing PHARMACOLOGICAL PASS THROUGH PRECISE DETERMINATION OF THEIR CHEMICAL STRUCTURE WITH LOW STRESS THAT THE QUANTITY OF MATERIAL GENERALLY AVAILABLE ALL MAKES PROCESS OF SEPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION VERY DELICATE. IT IS IN THIS CONTEXT THAT THESE LIES THAT THE PURPOSE OF WHICH WAS TO DEVELOP NEW STRATEGIES FOR ANALYSIS BY MASS SPECTROMETRY FOR HIGH RESOLUTION NEW PEPTIDE TOXINS. THIS THESIS A PARTICULAR TARGET THE STUDY OF TOXIN PEPTIDE CONES (SHELLFISH POISON FOR USING A HARPOON AND ACHIEVED paralyzed! R THEIR PREY) AND SNAKES. THE FINAL MASS SPECTROMETRY OF HIGH RESOLUTION has emerged as a VERY POWERFUL TOOL FOR THE CHARACTERIZATION OF SMALL MODIFIED TOXINS BY ITS MAIN BUILDING IN TERMS OF ACCURACY ON THE MEASUREMENT OF MASS BUT ALSO IN THE STUDY OF TOXIN FOR MORE LARGE WHICH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY OF DISSOCIATION BY ELECTRON CAPTURE OF THE MOST EFFICIENT.
