Etude et mise au point de ferrites à basse température de frittage pour la réalisation de composants hyperfréquences intégrés.

Abstract : The aim of the work undertaken here is to study and develop magnetic materials for microwave applications, particularly for the realization of device type circulator. But among applications requiring such materials can also include phase shifters. If most of the work is not about improving component performance in terms of insertion loss and isolation, other matters as may appear to give rise to significant changes. We therefore propose to focus the work more on aspects of implementation of the material. The aim throughout this thesis is twofold: both science and technology. Indeed, the improvement that we propose to make in our materials is not trivial and if it has an interest point of view of process technology, is also an opportunity for reflection on the material itself, and the chemical mechanisms that give it its particular properties. On the other hand, the manufacture of a component as the pump is a complex process. This device is a delicate assemblage of different materials, at present, is difficult to automate. The human intervention necessary for the assembly limit thus the miniaturization of the component.
