Pratique et théorie du retour d'expérience en management.

Abstract : Firms are subject repeatedly to mishaps due to environmental changes, and the collective failure of their leaders and their employees to respond each time in a quick and satisfactory. The leaders and managers perceive a growing instability positions competitive due to a constant search for innovative offerings to the largest number. The rent-seeking become rare, particularly as the traditional areas protected under state monopolies or through customs provisions are one after the other open to global competition. Managers are thus the search for a form of competence that would allow them to put on the market offers news before the other, or more generally deal better than others and the future uncertainties. Professional or academic publications, affecting up innovation strategy of firms, institutional discourse on the need stimulate innovation attest this fact. Promotion of strategic intelligence by government, urging leaders to develop ever faster information from across the world also highlights the challenge of this bondage in an increasingly global and unpredictable, with the urgent need to exceed.
