Mise au point d'un spéctromètre à l'échelle nanoscopique et son application.

Abstract : In recent years, the study of nanostructures has expanded Remarkably, both theoretically and in terms of applications, current and Potential. The miniaturization of structures, up to the atomic scale, is demonstrate the unique properties of materials that are found at the base innovative industrial applications, while requiring development tools and new characterization. Thus, accurate and reliable characterization of structures nanoscale is a major need of current nanotechnology. In this context, the company HORIBA Jobin Yvon, a global producer scientific instrumentation and in particular, Raman spectrometers, has initiated a close cooperation with the Laboratory of Physics of Interfaces and Layers Thin (LPICM) of Ecole Polytechnique, on a project design, implementation and Validation of a Raman spectrometer capable of characterizing nanostructures (Also called Raman spectrometer with near-field nano-Raman). It is a CIFRE which I enjoyed.
