Identification expérimentale et modélisation micromécanique du comportement d'un multicristal en alliage à mémoire de forme

Abstract : This work of thesis is a contribution to the analysis and the modeling of the micromechanical behavior of a multicrystal in SMA. It is founded on the goodness of local measured kinematic fields in the multicrystal for the investigation of the mechanisms controlling the mechanical behavior on a microscopic scale: transformation of phases... The analysis and the modeling of these micromechanisms contributed, on one hand, to the installation of the model with strong physical contents relating the causes and the effects of studied mechanical phenomena, and on the other hand, to the identification of the parameters governing the rheological model. This work presents three aims: the first is the development of an experimental approach for measurement of the kinematic fields on a microscopic scale on a multicrystal Cu-Al-Be shape memory alloy. The kinematic measurement is obtained by digital image correlation. The displacement fields and the strain fields are extracted by a digital processing using the image correlation software CORRELI-Q4. The second aim is the installation of a methodology for coupling between numerical simulation of the multicrystal behavior and kinematic field measurements at the microscopic scale. The third is to implement an identification method based on the minimization of an energy norm formulated by the error in constitutive relation. The identification method is applied at the microscopic scale in order to estimate the multicrystal mechanical behavior parameters from the measured kinematic fields.
