Analyse de la dynamique organisationnelle en temps de crise

Abstract : All organizations must be capable of managing exceptional events in an optimal manner, however many the obstacles. The following thesis focuses its attention on surpassing these obstacles and analyzing the patterns of interaction between individual stakeholders, groups of actors and organizations as a whole within a system in difficulty. By means of an innovative return on experience methodology, Positive REX, the complexity and the dynamics of the situation at hand will be represented and understood. A well documented, empirical and covering a large time span, database of case studies will allow us to shed light on recurrent and emergent organizational behavior. One main hypothesis, is that all organizations go through similar transformations in moments of crisis and must therefore better anticipate them and develop a certain number of behavioral patterns in order to be successful in the management of crisis situations.
