Conception de formes aérodynamiques en présence d'écoulements décollés : contrôle et optimisation

Abstract : The aim of the thesis is to develop automated methods for the control and the optimization of separated flows, with application to flows inside air ducts for stealth unmaned aircraft. A method of topological derivative is used for the creation in a reference flow of control devices called mechanical vortex generators, while the sizing of it is made through classical gradient method. Numerical simulations in steady and unsteady framework will be presented.
