Modélisation du comportement des dallages industriels

Abstract : The objective of this work is to propose and validate a fine model of the ground slab floors in order to calculate displacements and strains created by loadings of short and long life. We are interested only in the particular case of not armed rigid industrial concrete ground slab floors. This research is in a general context which aims improving the existing rules of dimensioning of grouns slab floors in France.All the specialists in the field confirm that the function of the industrial ground slab floors is strongly marked by the effects of the shrinkage of the concrete, in particular by the non uniform aspect of its distribution on the ground slab floor thickness. These effects have a significant influence on the behavior of the ground slab floors, especially when they are coupled with temperature variations in the thickness. A deep analysis of this phenomenon was essential and was carried out. We treat then the use of the finite elements software CESAR-LCPC applied to modeling of the ground slab floors and some results obtained. Varied simulations of isolated then joined slabs are carried out under mechanical and thermal loadings, using an elastic multi-layer three-dimensional model, permitting the possibility of separation between the slab and its foundation. This work of modeling leads to the design of a numerical tool specific to ground slab floors and related to CESAR-LCPC. This easy access tool can be used to simplify the various stages to model a ground slab floor, without really needing to know CESAR-LCPC. This tool is used to compare results of CESAR-LCPC with those of other software from profession (TASPLAQ and DALLIA).
