Contribution à la maîtrise de la disponibilité de systèmes complexes : proposition d'une méthode de réordonnancement proactif de la maintenance

Abstract : One of industrial strength is to lead a performing exploitation to ensure the quality of missions, time mission respect, operating costs minimization. However, the competitiveness and the complexity of system lead industrials to develop an approach in order to control the availability taking into account this parameter in the processes of maintenance design. The main objective of this manuscript is to propose methodological elements in order to characterize availability to controlling it. First, we propose an operating modeling method in order to assess performances in terms of availability. The results of the assessment can identify levers that impact the exploitation performance. Second, we focus on one of the levers: the maintenance rescheduling that meets the industrial need. In this way, we propose a method that can improve the maintenance rescheduling in order to optimize the availability of the system or of the fleet of systems. In the framework of this method, we propose heuristics that can reschedule maintenance activities in relation to industrial opportunities. We will try throughout in this manuscript to propose method implemented in the Eurocopter Company, based on operational practices and scenarios proposition.
