Elaboration de phospholyles α-carbonylés Nouveaux ligands multi-phosphamétallocènes

Abstract : After an introductory chapter, the second part of the thesis adds valuble improvements to many of the protocols developed in our group over recent years. These make a chemistry which was previously "exotic" (being based on the expensive metal ruthenium) into a much more practical iron based systems. The third chapter provides an investigation of the synthesis and catalytic potential of enantiopure phosphametallocenes. The fourth chapter provides the key methodologies for generating multiply substituted phosphametallocenes. It also contains important methodologies for the elabotation of such species. Finally, the fifth chapter of the thesis provides an access to the long- sought class of macrocycles whose sixteen membered rings contain four phosphole residues. The relationship of these structures to the porphyrin and calyxphyrin classes makes them particularly interesting.
