Etude de la mise en oeuvre industrielle d'un nouveau procédé de mise en forme de produits composites

Abstract : Liquid resin infusion is a low cost manufacturing process for composite parts. Due to technological improvements in the field, the aeronautics industry has begun to focus on this type of manufacturing process in order to overcome the main constraints of the autoclave molding process that are related to high manufacturing costs. Our literature review shows that few approaches on the formal representation of manufacturing knowledge exist. Our methodology aims to identify the relevant parameters with a high impact on the industrialization of composite products related to the Product-Process-Resource cluster. UML models have been developed to address the structured representation of enterprise objects in the frame of an industrial partnership. An algorithmic technique has been used to generate alternative manufacturing routes according to the capitalized knowledge. A multicriteria technique has been adopted to assess the manufacturing activities based on Quality, Cost, and Lead Time performance indicators in order to support the decision process during product industrialization. A software application has been developed to support the proposed methodology.
