Abstract : In hot dense plasmas, most energy transfer is due to radiation. Therefore, the effects of opacity on structure and evolution of plasmas are quite important. Normally, detailed line by line calculation of plasma opacities give the most precise results, but sometimes requires such an amount of resources it is not tractable. Conversely, the use of statistical enables one to handle a large number of excited states, but do not render any detailed line, thus are not always suitable for spectroscopy calculation. The goal of the thesis is to calculate opacities of hot plasmas with joint use of both approaches. The presented method allowed the coupling of an opacity code with an atomic structure code. The developed model has been used to interpret experimental spectra (laser, Z-pinch).
