Abstract : H.E.S.S. (High Energy Stereoscopic System) is an array of very-high energy gamma-ray telescopes located in Namibia. These telescopes take advantage of the atmospheric Cherenkov technique using stereoscopy, allowing to detect gamma-rays between 100 GeV and a few tens of TeV. The location of the H.E.S.S. telescopes in the Southern hemisphere allows to observe the central parts of our galaxy, the Milky Way. Tens of new gamma-ray sources were thereby discovered thanks to the galactic plane survey strategy. After ten years of fruitful observations with many detections, it is now necessary to improve the detector performance in order to detect new sources by increasing the sensitivity and improving the angular resolution. The aim of this thesis consists in the development of advanced analysis techniques allowing to make sharper analysis. An automatic tool to look for new sources and to improve the subtraction of the background noise is presented. It is optimized for the study of weak sources that needs a very rigorous analysis. A combined reconstruction method is built in order to improve the angular resolution without reducing the statistics, which is critical for weak sources. These advanced methods are applied to the analysis of a complex region of the galactic plane near the supernova remnant G22.7-0.2, leading to the detection of a new source, HESS J1832-092. Multi-wavelength counterparts are shown and several scenarii are considered to explain the origin of the gamma-ray signal of this astrophysical object.
