L'évolution de la gestion des ressources humaines dans les entreprises de service public : Analyse de l'introduction du modèle de la compétence dans les unités opérationnelles de France Telecom

Abstract : As many other public service companies, France Telecom has been changing its human resource management since the beginning of 1990s, especially by introducing new classifications and individual assessment system. Such a change, that corresponds to the "competence model", is studied through several paradigms of the social sciences: actors, rules, professional cultures, conventions and translation. Thanks to a double quantitative analysis and three monographs, the research contributes to organizational learning and gives managers advice for introducing new management tools
