Influence des paramètres du procédé sur les propriétés électriques et rhéologiques des polyamides chargés de noir de carbone

Abstract : In this study, we present the influence of mixing conditions on electrical and rheological properties of polyamide filled with carbon black. This work is composed of two approaches:* An experimental approach which is an investigation of the mixing condition influences (rotor speed, temperature, mixing time) on electrical conductivity. We have characterised the compounds by microscopy and rheometry. Then, we have developed a new characterization method which consists in simultaneous measurements of both rheological and electrical properties of the conductive compounds.* A numerical approach which is a direct numerical simulation of shear induced dispersion of spherical fillers in polymer matrix. An agglomerate, immersed in an incompressible Newtonian fluid, is modelled by spherical particles linked together by cohesive energy.
