Fabrication directe de pièces aéronautique en TA6V et IN718

Abstract : Direct or additive manufacturing processes open up new perspectives for the production of unique part or small series, whether metallic, ceramic or plastic. Those processes offert an attractive option to conventional manufacturing processes as they have advantages in terms of reduced production times, design flexibility and mechanical and metallurgical properties. The aim of this study is to investigate on two processes : laser projection (DMD) and laser selective fusion (SLM) of TA6V and IN718 alloys. Work carried out aims at a better understanding of the metallurgical phenomena generated by the specific thermal conditions of these processes (high cooling rate, successive annealings, etc.). In order to understand the origin of the out-of-equilibrium microstructures obtained with these methods, an experimental and analytical approach of the laser / powder interaction has been done. A thermal balance of the DMD process have been performed based on metallurgical indices observed. A parametric study has led to the establishment of process maps for DMD, wich make it possible to identify optimal parameters in terms of microstructure, geometry and economic criteria. A mechanical tensile characterization of the parts obtained was carried out. Thermal treatments adapted to the microstructures and residual stresses generated by the additive manufacture are proposed.
