Propriétés thermophysiques des mélanges fluide frigorigène - huile de lubrification pour des applications à haute température : caractérisation et modélisation

Abstract : Waste heat is lost energy that can be valorized through heat pumps. Heat pumps are efficient energetic systems for valorizing waste heat. In refrigeration systems or heat pumps, Daniel plot are used to select the adapted lubricant. It holds solubility and kinematic viscosity data of refrigerant-lubricant mixtures according to temperature, pressure and composition. This thesis work suggests a package that would make easier to plot Daniel graphs. An experimental setup was developed to measure solubility and kinematic viscosity of refrigerant-lubricant mixtures. Two models, one for solubility and one for kinematic viscosity, are coupled to plot Daniel graphs based on the experimental data obtained. The methodology proposed is applied on an industrial project carried by EDF, for which a transcritical high temperature heat pump is developed for an industrial dryer.
