Modélisation pour le suivi et l’amélioration des performances énergétiques des quartiers

Abstract : Districts are now a privileged scale for local authorities in their energy transition policy. This thesis proposes a method for constructing thermal models of buildings applicable to this scale. The objective is to simulate energy performance scenarios (flexibility, renovation, sobriety) in order to help decision making, as well as to perform an energy monitoring in order to identify consumption drifts and to evaluate the energy performance measures implemented. In a first phase, RC models are parameterized from territorial databases, construction documents and statistical data. Then, these models can be calibrated by Bayesian inference, with building operating data such as heating power and indoor temperatures. A RC model has been built on the basis of the ISO13790 standard and selected for its predictive capabilities and the identifiability of its parameters. The possibilities and limitations of the prior and posterior models are evaluated with respect to the objectives of the thesis, and according to the available calibration data.
