Identification et évaluation des temps non productifs par la simulation de systèmes de production pour améliorer la productivité et les conditions de travail

Abstract : For many years, the use of machines in the industry has been regulated to meet safety standards and to protect users. The aim is to protect workers in the long term as well as in the short term. Accidents at work or ergonomic problems are observed on workstations. Indeed, in France in 2013, nearly 618263 cases of industrial accidents resulting in a stop, 541 deaths caused by accidents at work and 430 caused by occupational diseases were identified by social security [INRS 2014]. Musculoskeletal disorders or MSDs, today account for more than 2/3 of occupational diseases recognized in France and are among the top six occupational diseases recognized throughout Europe. To solve problems related to MSDs, the integration of dynamic margins of maneuver in the design of a production system is important to ensure a good production performance, while taking into consideration human factors such as fatigue and experience.
